    What Is a Lease?

    A lease is simply an agreement by a customer (lessee) to pay a monthly rental payment for a
    specific amount of time with a predetermined buy out. The customer is responsible for insurance,
    maintenance, and all other costs of ownership.

    Approving a Lease:

                2+ Years In Business: Up to $150,000 Application Only Over $100,000: Application and
                                                   full financial statement package.

                0-2 Years In Business: Credit application only up to $35k ­ $50k and for higher include a
                                                    full financial statement package (see below).

    Financial Statement Package:

    Your latest 2 year-end business financial statements. A recent interim statement is required if the
    latest statement is older than 6 months. Please include your latest 2 tax returns if financial statements
    are not audited. Personal financial statements (PFS) of principals may be required for companies with
    two or fewer owners.

    Terms and Types of Leases:

    Term Length: You can have a lease ranging from 12 to 60 months (or longer for some equipment,
                         such as machinery)
    Types of Leases: “One Dollar Buyout”, Fair Market Value (FMV), 10% Buyout, Balloon Payment.

    Programs:

    include monthly, quarterly and annual payment options, as well as “skip payment” options, which allow
    you to skip the first three to six payments to get the equipment up and running and (or) skip specific
